Welcome to Admissions

We welcome applications from prospective S1 students as well as students seeking transfer into other levels of O-Level and A-Level. Our admissions process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive for both new students and their parents or guardians.

Who Can Apply

• Primary Seven leavers seeking admission to Senior One (S1)
• Students transferring from other secondary schools into S2–S6
• O-Level graduates applying for Senior Five (A-Level) entry
• Both day and boarding applicants, boys and girls

Admission Requirements

• Completed admission application form
• Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results slip (for S1 applicants)
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results slip (for S5 applicants)
• Report card / transfer letter from previous school (for transfer students)
• Copy of birth certificate
• Passport-size photographs (2)
• Completed medical form (for boarding applicants)

Step 1: Obtain the Application Form

Pick up a form at the school office or download it from this website.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

Return the completed form together with the required documents to the school administration office.

Step 3: Interview / Orientation

Shortlisted applicants and their guardians may be invited for a brief interview and orientation session.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

Successful applicants receive an admission letter with instructions on reporting dates, requirements, and fees.

Step 5: Reporting Day

New students report with their admission letter, requirements list items, and initial fees payment.

Fees & Payment Information

Bulo Parents’ Secondary School maintains competitive and transparent termly fees for both day and boarding students. For the current fees structure, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods (bank deposit, mobile money, or school bursar), please contact the school office directly or request the fees structure alongside your application form.

Boarding Requirements Checklist

• Mattress and beddings (as specified in the requirements list)
• School uniform (full sets, as prescribed)
• Personal scholastic materials
• Basic toiletries and personal effects
• A detailed boarding requirements list is issued upon admission
